Rowing a boat containing 160 passengers is a tough daily routine. To remain compose, I am guided by Bill Owen's line saying that " True leadership lies in guiding others to suceed; in ensuring that everyone is performing at their best, doing the work they are pledged to do and doing it well"

 

    Being at the helm of this institution, I am very supportive to my subordinates' innovations particularly if these will bring positive changes to our students. The programs and projects of every subject area are discussed and planned with everyone concerned to ensure their success.

 

     In the pursuit for quality education, our school continuously upholds its mission, vision, philosophy, and core values which are anchored with the goals of the Department of Education.
